My version of the traditional Hare's Ear Nymph replaces the natural hare's mask dubbing with Spirit River synthetic Nymph Blend dubbing. The result is a nymph that keeps the hares mask color but adds a touch of translucency and flash. A variety of Hare's Ear nymphs cover most situations where nymphing is the preferred technique. The bead head helps this fly sink rapidly which is ideal for wading anglers. Also available in a standard version. Tied on a Daiichi 1560 barbed, or a Tiemco 3761 Super Point barbless chemically sharpened nymph hook.
