On-line Ordering:

I will send you an e-mail confirming your order as soon as possible. While I can turn most orders around within one or two business days, please keep in mind that sometimes I am out guiding and away from my desktop. So, if you don't get an immediate response please be patient. If you don't hear from me within a couple of days, please try to contact me again. Do not attempt to re-place your order.

 

If for some reason I am unable to ship your entire order in a timely fashion I will notify you immediately via e-mail. While I stock over 5000 flies I may not have the specific pattern that you ordered in my inventory. In this case there will be a slight delay in processing your order while I tie your flies. Again, I will notify you of the reason for the delay and of the expected shipping date of your order. If the delay is unsatisfactory to you I will authorize Paypal to give you a complete or partial refund of your purchase depending on your decision.

 

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to me, they are the very keystone of my business. I fully realize that without any customers, I am out of business. It is my goal to bring the highest quality product to my customers at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion.

 

Off-line and Custom Ordering:

If you do not wish to order on-line, you can contact me regarding your fly order. If you have a custom order, contact me and we will work out the details. All custom orders will take about 2 weeks, or less, to complete. On custom orders over $100.00, I require a deposit of 20% when you place the order.

 

Shipping:

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Delivery times range between 1 and 5 business days. All shipping costs apply only to orders to be shipped within the continental United States.

Photographic Accuracy:

I have made every attempt to photograph all flies as accurately as possible with special attention paid to color, white balance and exposure. However due to variability in graphic cards, monitors, and personal preference in monitor settings the same photo can appear quite different on individual computers. Please remember that the photographs on this site are only intended to be representations of the product they depict, not exact reproductions.

 

Guarantee and Returns:

I guarantee that your order will be to your satisfaction. You may return any unused product for a full refund for any reason. Simply e-mail me or send a short note describing the reason for your return and mail the flies back to me (you pay the return shipping). If a fly is obviously defective, I'll replace it at no cost to you. By defective I am referring to the construction and materials of the fly. For example, the fly falls apart when you touch it, leer at it, or cast it. If the fly doesn't catch fish - that's your responsibility!
